This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the purchase of subscriptions and digital services offered by Flownally sp. z o.o. ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our") via our platform and application (www.flownally.com).

Depending on your location and chosen payment method, transactions on Flownally may be processed directly by us or through Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Where Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles billing, sales tax collection, transaction support, and refund execution on our behalf in compliance with international commerce laws and local consumer protection regulations.

2. Free 14-Day Trial

To allow users to evaluate Flownally risk-free, we offer a 14-day Free Trial:

  • Trial Scope: New users get full or plan-specific access to Flownally services for 14 calendar days starting from the date of registration.
  • No Charge During Trial: You will not be billed during the 14-day trial period.
  • Conversion to Paid Subscription: At the end of the 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged the plan fee unless you cancel before the trial expires.
  • Cancellation During Trial: You may cancel at any time within the 14-day trial through your Account settings or by contacting us at contact@flownally.com to avoid being billed.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel recurring paid subscriptions at any time via your Account billing portal, using the "Settings > Billing" page, or by emailing contact@flownally.com.
  • Effective Date: Cancellations prevent future billing and take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Continued Access: You will retain access to the paid services until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which your account will revert to a free tier or be deactivated.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Rule

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer prorated refunds or partial returns for unused time during an active billing cycle after cancellation.

4.2 Statutory Withdrawal Rights (Consumers & Sole Entrepreneurs)

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those statutory rights override this policy:

  • EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland: Consumers (and eligible Sole Entrepreneurs under Polish law) have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of the transaction or initial subscription conversion.
    • Trial Exception: If a subscription follows a free 14-day trial period, the 14-day withdrawal window resets and begins as soon as the free trial period ends and the first payment is taken.
    • Digital Content Waiver: The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have given express consent to start receiving/using digital content or immediate service delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you waive your right to withdraw.
  • Other Jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Singapore): Local statutory cooling-off periods (typically 5 to 7 days) will be honored.

4.3 Defective Services or Technical Issues

  1. Contact us at contact@flownally.com so our technical team can attempt to resolve the issue.
  2. If the defect cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund will be issued in accordance with applicable statutory defect rights.

4.4 Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances outside statutory obligations, Flownally (or Paddle, where acting as MoR) may review refund requests on a discretionary, case-by-case basis if submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Granting a discretionary refund does not obligate us to issue refunds for future requests.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact Flownally (contact@flownally.com) or Paddle Buyer Support (https://paddle.net, if Paddle processed your payment) before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.

In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal request, access to your Flownally Account may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is under review.

6. How to Request a Refund

To exercise a right of withdrawal or request a refund:

  1. Via Flownally Direct: Email contact@flownally.com with your transaction email address, invoice/order ID, and reason for the request.
  2. Via Paddle (if applicable): Click on the "Manage Subscription" or "View Receipt" link provided in your transaction confirmation email from Paddle, or visit https://paddle.net.

If approved, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method used at checkout.
